Booking and Cancellation Policy
Payment and Booking Policy:
Full payment is due within 24 hours of receiving an invoice for the guided trip and/or instructional lesson in order for the trip/lesson to be considered booked and to ensure your date is reserved.
Refund and Cancellation Policy:
If a trip is canceled with a 14 day or more notice of the scheduled guided trip or instructional lesson, payment will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 14 days will receive a refund of 50% of the payment. The other 50% can be applied to another trip within one full year. No-shows will result in full payment of the trip. Refunds or credits will not be issued due to inclement weather or undesirable fishing conditions. Unless deemed unsafe by the scheduled guide, we fish in rain, snow, or shine. Trips canceled by the guide, or mutually by a guide-and-client decision, due to unsafe conditions or uncontrollable circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis for a refund decision. We reserve the right to make refund decisions on a case-by-case basis.
Equipment Losses or Damages:
Any broken Fly Fish Spokane/Redband Troutman LLC or guide equipment, will be repaired and/or replaced at the expense of the client. Any lost equipment shall be the expense of the client.
